Particularly the idea of approaching your client with ideas, not qualifications!! There are so many cases where the client gets lost in the company jargon, and the company doesn't realize that this is the last thing the client is looking for in this economy. At the end of the day, the businesses want solutions. It's interesting as well to think of how the landscape of client services will change after the downturn.
